Job Description As a graduate at Equinor, youll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations. You will have the opportunity to engage in improvement initiatives, promote functional excellence, and ensure compliance with climate, environment, and sustainability standards.As part of our team, you will work alongside our sustainability team, working mainly with environment, climate, human rights and social performance to help drive the future development of our discipline, supporting the Equinor energy transition plans. These positions are based in Brazil but will also include collaboration with our international climate and sustainability discipline in our competence centre. For this position, we are also looking for:Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree with good academic record within Biology, Chemistry, Social Sciences, Oceanography, International Relations, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, Production Engineering and Social Communication.Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.Formal experience is not a requirement.Advanced in English.Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
