Your Role Are you passionate about sea logistics and ready to take on a dynamic role in a global company? We are looking for a talented Global Sea Logistics Trade Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service contracts, tenders, and RFQs, as well as driving business development in accordance with our Trade Strategy. Your Responsibilities Respond to tenders and RFQs, ensuring end-to-end pricing. Develop strong relationships with carriers to secure the best rates and services. Provide product and market expertise to customers. Negotiate competitive rates and monitor local charges. Support LATAM countries with rates and carrier-related issues. Monitor key accounts' performance and resolve any space/equipment issues. Develop and improve trade lanes through research and strategic planning. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelors degree in Business, Shipping, or Logistics. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export, LCL, and FCL. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel. Good commercial skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and solve problems to drive profitability and support revenue. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish will be considered a plus, as it will further enhance your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the Latin American region. Proven ability to manage time, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Availability to Travel: This role requires the flexibility to travel both nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will be expected to visit various locations to engage with customers, carriers, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
