CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION Surfactants are a fundamental raw material for our Home Care, Beauty & Wellbeing and Personal Care businesses across all UL regions. Surfactants procurement is managed by the Global Raw Materials portfolio. The surfactants supply chain is spread across many regions with a large number of global, regional and local suppliers. Managing the surfactants portfolio successfully requires very deep understanding of the value chain, including feedstock / raw materials, logistics, local duties and taxes, energy, utilities, and many more. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Support day-to-day execution of : Procurement basics, e.g. CLM / SAP contracts creation & updates, SQA/RS, specs, vendor master data, cash reporting, invoices resolution (P2P), etc. Transformative, resilience and innovation projects in LATAM, NA, EU Tasks to support NDPE continuity Complexity reduction projects in LATAM, NA, EU Monitoring volumes, price and spend actuals and forecasts Price forecast, incl. comprehensive understanding of price, volumes, spend Support the management and maintenance of supplier relationships and internal relationships with market teams WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications A bachelors degree from an accredited university, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business. Proven experience in Procurement, preferably with raw materials / chemicals Excellent Excel skills are an absolute non-negotiable Fluent in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent or Native Portuguese Skills Thinking 3 steps ahead, planning proactively now for what needs to be done today to make progress in the future Focus to help the Team and the Business, not just ones individual priorities Critical thinking: question EVERTHING, take nothing for granted  anything and everything can be improved! Absolute attention to detail, thorough and diligent, should take pride in the quality of their work and deliverables Proactive, self-driven, responsible, gets things done attitude Very fast, proactive learner, must have the personal desire and passion for learning, soak up information, process it and apply it quickly Leadership: You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
