The ideal candidate will manage the Purchasing team, establish needs, and
restructure the sector and reorganize the team with a very sharp strategic
outlook.
Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and execute Direct and Indirect procurement strategies.
Manage all procurement needs for all plants.
Establish procurement needs and restructure the department and team.
Establish, implement, and maintain processes and policies to increase reliability
and efficiency of the department.
Establish and monitor performance indicators for the area, ensuring that
procurement processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company
procurement policy and compliance.
Act strategically to mitigate risks.
Contribute to the company's competitiveness through actions in the Procurement
area.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery
standards.
Set goals and provide training for continuous team development.
Results-oriented focus.
Qualifications
Experience in managing Direct and Indirect Material Purchases in medium and large companies:
Analytical capability, data processing, report creation and analysis.
Agile profile and smart mindset, capable of performing efficiently in complex work
environments.
Experience in people management.
Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be a differential.
Advanced/Fluent English.
