THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a FULLSTACK TECH LEAD to our PARTNERS Focus Area in BRAZIL!
The Partner Expansion team will be responsible for building and maintaining
acquisition and onboarding of new partners to the Wellhub ecosystem, from the self
sign up to the sellers flows inside Salesforce. We build user-friendly,
data-driven products that instill confidence and enable efficient, measurable
results for all business areas. Our work directly impacts our network growth,
making us a vital contributor to the company's success
YOUR IMPACT
Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain features with a focus on
optimizing performance, scalability, and stability to meet or exceed defined SLAs
and SLOs;
Provide technical expertise in architecture and design processes, tackling the
most complex technical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement;
Build solutions through different stacks:
Front-End (React with Typescript), Back-End (Spring with Kotlin) and Salesforce
(Apex, LWC and Aura);
Identify and address technical debt and proactively manage the engineering
backlog;
Develop new solutions and features to meet emerging business needs, ensuring they
are delivered on time and with high quality;
Work in an agile development environment, rapidly prototyping and iterating on
solutions to deliver value quickly;
Make sound technical decisions that align with the overall product vision and have
a measurable impact on its success;
Collaborate closely with the Director of Software Engineering and the Product
Manager to evaluate task feasibility, propose technical solutions, and document
them effectively;
Lead and mentor a team with developers located in Brazil and Portugal, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure their professional growth and success:

WHO YOU ARE
Proven experience leading a software engineering team;
Proven experience working as a full stack engineer. Both front end and back end
stacks are a must, Salesforce is a plus;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with
engineers, product managers, and designers. Teamwork, communication, and project
management are key skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate
technical ideas clearly in English;
Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), ideally with a
demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices;
Passion for new technologies and a proven track record of analyzing and solving
complex technical problems;
Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to think creatively and take
ownership of projects;
Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to release, identifying and
resolving roadblocks, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality results.
