Main Activities: - Develop project forecasts and timelines. - Utilize agile methodologies for project management. - Ensure consistent application of HR policies, collaborating closely with HRBP. - Assess project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate resources. - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery. - Ensure team adherence to established methodologies and processes. - Implement necessary changes throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct monitoring and control activities to track project progress. - Foster customer and team satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience managing software outsourcing projects, including Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets. - Customer-centric approach to work. - Proficiency in budget management. - IT background. - Experience with Agile Methodology. - Excellent communication skills. - Previous experience as a Software Engineer. - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. - Advanced level of English proficiency.
