As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high volume, low latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle from understanding the business needs to deployment and maintenance, contributing to the overall software engineering competency within the company. Your main responsibilities will be to Project Leadership: Take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects, driving them from conception to launch with minimal oversight. Technical Excellence: Write high-quality, well-tested code. Lead the technical aspects of projects, including performance planning and debugging. Solution Design: Scope project requirements and develop innovative solutions. Influence project direction to align with business goals. Collaboration and Influence: Work effectively across teams to implement solutions, secure buy-in, and guide technological decisions. Mentorship and Standards: Mentor junior team members, set standards for coding and architectural decisions that influence the broader company. Continuous Improvement: Proactively address technical debt and propose new technologies or architectural improvements. Operational Support: Participate in deployment releases and ongoing maintenance of applications. What you need to succeed on this rol Frontend Design, develop, and maintain modern and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular (version 6 and higher - preferably version 9). Implement CSS design patterns such as Flexbox, Grid, and CSS preprocessors like Sass to achieve fluid and scalable designs. Consume and process data from REST APIs to create dynamic and interactive applications. Make the most of Angular's core components (services, pipes, controllers, directives) to build structured, maintainable, and efficient applications. Apply web development best practices such as using optimized images, lazy loading of components, and SEO techniques to optimize performance and user experience. Monitor and analyze web performance metrics using tools like Lighthouse to identify and address bottlenecks. Implement common design patterns in TypeScript such as Singleton, Builder, and Factory to create clean, reusable, and scalable code. Advanced conversational English (B2 level or above), with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Backend Develop and maintain robust and scalable REST APIs using the Java ecosystem and frameworks like Spring Boot. Implement ORM solutions like Hibernate or JPA to efficiently map objects to relational databases. Use build tools like Maven to automate the development and deployment process. Desirable Qualifications Experience with Cloud-Native design & development, building micro-frontends, and creating wireframes for responsive designs. Expertise in building web front-ends from scratch and conducting cross-browser testing and debugging.
