Share People Hub in partnership with AB InBev, search for a Frontend Developer (React), to work in hybrid model in Campinas/SP. The ideal candidate should be able to navigate diverse contexts, lead initiatives, projects and technologies, demonstrating resilience, proactivity, collaboration and effective communication skills. What you'll do  Develop and propose Solutions following the best practices and patterns. Engage and ensures code quality through code review based on the defined code standards. Understand the frontend ecosystem and deployment process. Work with software engineers to scale our production systems. Refine the technical requirements and solutions and drive projects through to completion. Contribute to the adoption of software architecture and new technologies. Actively participate in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).   What you'll need   React.js: Advanced React.js skills, including hooks, context API, and performance optimization. Familiar with React architecture patterns and best practices for reusable component development. TypeScript: Deep experience with TypeScript, particularly advanced typing and interfaces. Ability to set up and maintain TypeScript projects with best practices for typing and build tool integration. Unit Testing (Jest or Vitest): Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using Jest or Vitest. Knowledge of best testing practices to ensure high code coverage. State Management (Redux, MobX, Effector or similar): Experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, Effector, or similar. Ability to implement scalable state management architectures, ensuring data consistency and performance optimization. CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion): Familiar with modern styling approaches in React, like CSS-in-JS using Styled Components or Emotion. Ability to implement themes and ensure visual consistency through styled components. CI/CD: Experience in automating builds, tests, and deployments using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps. Ability to create robust pipelines that ensure software quality and rapid delivery. Clean Code: Strong adherence to Clean Code practices, including design patterns and SOLID principles. Ability to review and improve existing code, ensuring readability, maintainability, and scalability. Would be a plus   Experience with Node. WebSocket: Experience in implementing real-time communication using WebSockets. Knowledge in optimizing and scaling applications that require continuous real-time  communication. Docker: Knowledge in containerizing applications using Docker. Skill in setting up consistent and secure development environments and optimizing application deployment in containers. Design System: Experience in implementing and maintaining Design Systems.
