About the job As an FP&A Analyst (SG&A Performance) you will play the linking part between stakeholders in the finance organization the senior leadership internal clients in terms of data management, as well as for empowering business results. Your focus lies on supporting the continued development of a reliable cost management database by identifying sources of information, consolidating, verifying, and backing up data to bring numbers to life. In addition to that, you will provide robust financial analysis to support decision making for the companys overall fixed expenditures financial planning and management. Your tasks will include: Being the primary backup for the SG&A Governance team, providing support on the day-to-day overhead analysis to enable increasing leadership accountability in cost management. Developing new processes and workflows improving the costs analysis and bringing more transparency to the area/company. Improving the current expenses management tools and business intelligence reports, and results tracking framework. Perform monthly financial expenses forecast and analyze current and past trends. About you You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hand-on mentality, structures approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita. Your passion lies in providing innovative solutions by mobilizing people to achieve tangible wins. To support different stakeholders in an ever-changing environment excites you. Enhancing existing process but also designing and aligning new steps of governance energizes you. In addition, you have: Experience in a corporate finance/ FP&A/ business controlling role in big corporations. University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams), SAP R/3 basic know how.
