JOB DESCRIPTION This role is part of the FP&A International Center of Expertise, responsible for providing financial analysis and support to all our locations outside of Canada and the United States. The primary focus is on executing recurring and standardized tasks related to financial close, forecasting/budgeting, and other business support activities.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Assist with monthly financial close process: journal entries, account reconciliations, system reconciliations, internal controls and reporting.Assist with quarterly forecasting process: system input, data validation, variance analysis and reportingAssist and maintain financial models, reports and dashboardsSupport with recurring business processes: commercial policy, sales programs, sales force bonus and operating expensesAssist and run controlling and internal controls activities: sales & discounts, warranty, inventory, profitability by product line, etc.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls across our operations.Develop and maintain historical database with our key business driversImprove processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. YOULL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (SAP, Tm1).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
