Our Global Experiential team is looking for an Executive Producer based in São
Paulo as a part of our LATAM team to support groundbreaking Experiences with some
of the world's most innovative brands. The projects span across Experiential, Web,
Content, Broadcast, and Events, with a close eye on driving innovation by
integrating all disciplines. Our sweet spot sits at the intersection of Physical,
Digital and Live and were always looking for ways to blend them together.
As our new Executive Producer you would build relationships and meaningful
engagements with clients based on problem solving, modern experiences and
exceptional service. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of

Whether you are producing exhilarating on ground activations, innovative digital
or wild new ways of combining the two, this role is set to handle a host of
award-winning projects at the intersection of creativity and technology, working
with key clients across the region.
The Lowdown
Using a combination of inbound leads, and your own network, you will be
responsible for a portion of Experience.Monks sales.
Youll cultivate awesome relationships and consistently increase the portion of
repeat business that is based on trust.
Youll supervise productions for success, turning often rough and raw ideas into
smart production ready plans with clear visions for success, solid SOWs, timelines
and profitable budgets.
You'll keep abreast of regional capability and global financial performance and
profitability margins. And if need be, assist in optimizing process strategies to
improve capability efficiencies.
While your Producers ensure the successful day to day management of projects, you
are responsible for the high level project outcomes and continued long-term
success between MediaMonks and our clients.
Youll be responsible for reviewing and routing all client/project related legal
paperwork. This includes Proposals, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc.
Communication is one of the central roles of the Executive Producer. As EP youll ensure healthy communication flow, acting as a sounding board for HOP. Youll be communicating with:
Clients and prospective clients about our thinking, services, value, brand
reputation, ideas and our executions
Industry connecting with the community as senior members and thought leaders,
who understand the industry, brand behaviors, trends etc.
Business Development Team - about incoming leads and opportunities
Producers about projects goals, elements, risks, obstacles and of course,
solutions as their escalation point.
Pitch Teams as leads on all pitches working deeply with CDs TDs and CGO to
develop winning and cost effective pitches
Directors to scope, quote, problem solve and develop solutions that meet
creative and client needs
Creatives to ensure creative treatments are on brief, on strategy and place us
in pole position to win
The Partners and HoEP to deliver accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
For this position, were looking for a proficient Executive producer with at least
8-10 years of high-level experience in digital advertising/production, with a
strong emphasis on technology including experiential, web development, emerging
technology and knowledge of film & digital content production.
You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential
space, but more than that, you can share your knowledge with your producers team
and lead them to the same level of success.
You have strong technical knowledge of digital production, specifically,
experiential & events, web UX & UI and platform development, Mixed Reality, 2D &
3D animation pipelines, film / post / VFX production, broadcast, etc.
You dont think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships
and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
You'll be responsible for building relationships, scoping, estimating and
work-streaming productions, building bespoke teams, and leading brilliant
executions for our clients worldwide.
