Provide extensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails, schedules, and critical documents. Assist in creating reports and presentations for board meetings and other executive communications. Conduct research for meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during sessions as required. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Facilitate communication with bilingual clients and staff, ensuring clear and effective interactions. The Profile Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant in the home care or healthcare sector. Bilingual proficiency with excellent command of English and Spanish to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new software as needed. Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
