About the Role: As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and developing a comprehensive understanding of their needs. You will also be responsible for attending events focused on lead generation. What Youll Do: - Attend national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients. - Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques. - Build relationships with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Plan, organize, and execute successful events that meet or exceed client expectations. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Heres what we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in event sales or a related field. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets (min. $1MM ARR). - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. - Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients. - Native English or fully bilingual (English). - Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus.
