For more information Intern Position 1 - REGIONAL FRANCHISE INTERNThe Finance REGIONAL FRANCHISE INTERN will be responsible to provide Financial Analytics and Insights to support the regional team (Latin America) for New Products Introduction, Portfolio Optimization and Planning/Reporting activities. The Intern will have significant exposure with Finance Leadership Team and great connection with Marketing, Mkt Intelligence and Regional Strategy team members. Strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives are required- Connect, Shape and Deliver. Innovative thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities. The position assures development in risk management, analytical & business knowledge but mainly agility & innovation skills. Key Responsibilities·Support on Innovation projects Finance Modeling·Management of strategic finance reports·Support on post launch tracking of Innovation projects ·Overall segment - oriented finance discussions support ·Change agent  support integration of new tools/technologies - PLW, One Stream, Tableau, etc Intern Position 2 - BUF FINANCE INTERN The BUF FINANCE INTERN will be responsible for providing Financial Analytics and Insights to support Consumer Business Unit Finance & Commercial organization, as well as for all Planning and Reporting activities. The analyst will have significant exposure with Finance Leadership Team and great connection with Commercial Leadership team members. Strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives are required: Onwer Mindset, Outside-in-focus and Daring Spirit. Innovative & logical thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities. BUF assures development in hard finance, risk management, analytical & business knowledge. Key Responsibilities ·Drive Analytics to Generate insights focused on driving profitable growth.·Business partnering with several stakeholders, mainly trade market and sales·Process Improvement: standardization and automation of reporting and analytics.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications·Bachelors degree in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, and other careers related (at least 1 year to graduation)·Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required (excel/powerpoint)·Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written)·Availability to work for 30 hours a week, in our São Paulo, SP site. Desired Qualifications·SAP/Power BI/ Alteryx/ Tableau Solutions Skills is desirable.
