Job Title Engineering Support Intern BrazilJob Description Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Support Intern to assist with maintaining systems in our Experience Center, leading guided tours, and managing temporary equipment loans for our channel partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an exciting, high-tech environment while supporting key engineering tasks. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance: Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of systems in the Experience Center to ensure smooth operation and high-quality demonstrations. Guided Tours: Conduct informative and engaging guided tours of the Experience Center for visitors, showcasing our products, solutions, and innovations. Loan Management: Handle the preparation, testing and re-configure returned temporary equipment loans for channel partners, ensuring timely and accurate. Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to ensure systems in the Experience Center function properly during tours and demonstrations. Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels of equipment used in the Experience Center and loaned to partners. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to support special projects and initiatives within the Experience Center. Documentation: Assist in documenting processes and procedures related to system maintenance, equipment loans, and customer interactions. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of system maintenance and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting guided tours. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, including equipment tracking and inventory. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with system maintenance or technical support is a plus. Knowledge of IoT or surveillance systems is advantageous.
