With us, you will have a diverse, friendly and open-minded team on your side, always providing you the help needed to manage tasks you cannot imagine today.The work is performed in an international environment together with your future colleagues around the globe. Job description· Create and update roadmap for Sustainability feature in different segments and timeframes.· Perform key system and vehicle benchmarking on competitors.· Identify relevant Technology Development initiatives (AE).· Manage technical dependencies that impact on the Sustainability feature.· Manage and deliver balanced Sustainability feature requirements.· Develop relevant methods and tools within the area of competence. Responsibilities and Powers· Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to project planning and execution.· Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and initiatives.· Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and presentations.· Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.· Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices., Recommended Qualifications and Skills· Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Production, Chemical, &).· Strong academic background with a focus on relevant engineering disciplines.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Knowledge in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.· Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.· Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.· Fluent English
