Location: SP Red Hill As a Process Operations Engineer, you will help to optimize process control for enhanced quality and process compliance, reducing variability Responsibilities Collaboration engagement and build a support network Analyse technical equipment, quality/production data, operational data, etc. Support Sibelco production sites to promote operational excellence and provide technical best practices to ensure safe (HSE compliant), efficient, effective, innovative, scalable and sustainable operations. Lead research and develop new ideas or solutions that contribute to create plants and systems in a cost-effective and efficient way. Perform Overall Process Efficiency (OPE) observations. Define specifications and estimate process parameters to enable the most suitable Project Delivery Model Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mineral Processing, Chemistry, or Geology or equivalent by experience, Master's degree preferred At least 5 years of experience in all industrial environments.
