A Eaton está buscando por um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Produto - Equipamentos de Distribuição de Energia de Média Tensão para atuar em Porto Feliz. Se você é um candidato interno (#E), a candidatura deve ocorrer através do Eaton Jobs (Intranet > Joe > EatonJobs) What youll do: Responsable for Product customizatrion desing (Overhead Swg as recloser, Capacitors Bank, Switches, etc).Develop drawing (Mechanical and Elextrical) according to the customer specification and follow the stardands.Develop Techinical documentation (As BOM, DWG, specification, datasheet, etc)Support SCM to achieve the cost out targets, looking for the options and opportunities for product design.Support PAPP process with quality team A Responsible for designing and customizing products for Medium Voltage Distribution lines in accordance with customer requirements and national and international technical standards; B Design cabins and specify their components. Mainly in the interconnection and interface of components; C Create and detail electrical and mechanical drawings in AutoCAD 2D and Inventor. D Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for products and maintain them in SAP; E Participate in the product approval process, routine tests and TAF. F Manage the Product Life Cycle (PLM) through the SAP PLM system. Prepare and maintain all product documentation, including data sheets, test drawings and certificates, test reports, etc. G Carry out circuit prototyping and equipment functioning tests; H Define and monitor validation processes for new products and/or new suppliers; I Manage cost reduction or improvement projects and product performance; J Support the production line regarding questions or instructions; K Support the proposals team; L Support the testing team during TAFs, and in the preparation of PITs; M Experience with reclosers or maneuver switches will be an advantage; N. Demonstrate experience and ability to manage and lead complex projects on time. O. Carry out product specifications and customizations, including dFMEA and execution plan for type tests and necessary routines of product development and improvements, regarding protection and switching devices in energy distribution lines according to applicable standards. P Provide technical support to field application engineers, PLM, production and commercial department in order to meet customer requirements. Q Review and provide feedback on product literature and portfolios. Propose improvements in functionalities, changes that make the manufacturing process easier and more reliable, with lower cost and better-quality level, seeking more robust design solutions, including projects localization and synergy with sister plants and external suppliers. R Understand competitive environment in order to be able to position Eaton products in the right segments and better compete against competitor offerings. R Be capable of building partnerships for better positioning Eaton in target projects. S. Contribute with EHS metrics that were established of the area/function/factory in accordance with the deployment realized. T.
