Job Summary Engineer to work in local vehicle development as Program Management staff. Job Responsibilities Lead cross-functional program development activities to ensure completion of key milestones and vehicle Quality/Cost/Timing Support Chief Vehicle Engineer to develop/complete program metrics/direction to achieve overall vehicle target Develop project schedules and manage by him/herself critical path Monitor metrics, identify key issues, bring 'decision ready' issues forward to chief engineer Be the liaison between engineering and outside organizations (manufacturing, Purchasing, product planning, OPD, etc). Ensure project stays on schedule and on budget. Be able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally within the Nissan organization. Predicts potential Quality/Cost/Timing concerns and proactively propose actions to avoid or recover.
