What you'll do
As an Enablement Consultant, youll be responsible for developing and delivering
engaging learning experiences that drive performance improvement and execution
capabilities across our Global Sales Development organization in São Paulo, Mexico
City, and North America. Your training will focus on a broad range of skills,
topics, and behaviors needed to support the readiness and effectiveness of sales
development representatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience building instructor-led training and
eLearning for sales teams and delivering high-impact training in English,
Portuguese, and Spanish. They have business and sales acumen, learning design
expertise, and experience with eLearning tools.
This position is an individual contributor role that reports to Manager, Global
xDR Performance Partners.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs,
PDRs) in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, focusing on product knowledge, sales
strategies and skills, and effective use of sales tools
Train and enable teams primarily in Latin America, with flexibility to accommodate
overlapping time zones for North America
Prototype, translate, and improve learning materials, presentations, and training
modules to align with sales objectives and Docusigns go-to-market strategy in the
LATAM region
Deliver and continue to enhance onboarding programs for Sales Development new
hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to
succeed
Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting delivery style to
suit different learning environments and languages
Evaluate and assess instruction and impact, using performance data to inform
decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with field leadership, product, enablement, and marketing teams to
ensure that training is aligned with the latest product updates and company goals
Use a learning management system (LMS) and/or content management system (CMS)
platform
Job Designation
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency:
Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office
expectation)

What you bring
Basic
Bachelors or advanced degree in a business-related or technical-related field, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement and/or Instructional Design within a
business environment with an emphasis on technology
Knowledge of own function, including functional principles, core practices,
policies, procedures, methodologies and tools; and knows how to apply this
knowledge to complete assigned work
Understanding of sales methodologies including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success,
and Partner processes
Preferred
Strong communication and collaborator management skills
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Experience using LMS or CMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in analyzing and reporting on learning data via Google Sheets/Excel
Experience in a sales role
Proficient in commonly used sales tools
