KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES PLANNING Detect business opportunity based on market trend, company needs, etc Prepare feasibility studies, validate with related areas, BOD and HQ PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT Make bidding to select the proper suppliers based on company needs Set business conditions with related departments and GWM marketing strategies Develop the spare parts for GWM dealers Homologate the spare parts with supplier and related GWM departments (R&D, Quality, HQ, etc.) BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Create and update performance reports to manage supply and retail operations Manage products life cycles Provide instructions and guide dealers how comply with each product workflow Manage and balance suppliers and dealers stock to secure continuous availability based on customer needs Prepare and integrate suppliers systems with GWM systems to manage the operations Control products failure rates and coordinate warranty workflow between dealers and suppliers Support suppliers to improve such products REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Technical knowledge over supply chain covering supplier, OEM, dealers and customers Technical knowledge over car specifications Negotiation experience with suppliers, top managements, head-quarter, etc. Deeply analysis & problem resolution oriented Projects management and multitask capability Bachelors degree: Engineer Experience with spare parts suppliers development and management Experience with suppliers stock management Experience inside After Sales operations Experience with automotive industry (10 years or more) English (fluent)
