Director, Account Manager - Fitch Solutions - Brazil
Fitch Solutions is looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as
an Account Manager based out of our Sao Paulo office.

for Fitch Solutions Credit Risk and BMI Solutions across Latin America.

Well Count on You To:
Creating and implementing a Sales Strategy for Fitch Solutions in the Credit Risk
and BMI space, liaising with the necessary internal stakeholders where required.
Driving ongoing business sales in the Latin America through direct client
engagement including identifying new prospects, initial engagement and the
entire sales process (including negotiation and closing agreements)
Growing the sales pipeline and increasing the pipeline conversion rate for Credit
Risk and BMI Solutions (specific targets will be confirmed.)
Working closely with other Specialists in Latin America and globally to build a
consistent sales approach for Credit Risk and BMI products for new prospects and
existing customers.
Working closely with the Product team to ensure our value proposition is well
crafted for new products and is well connected to our sales opportunity landscape.
Accurately reporting revenue forecasts and managing pipeline progression in
Salesforce
What You Need to Have:
Strong network within the Latin America financial services community.
Significant, demonstrable success in solutions sales.
Solid understanding of credit risk and macro environment including a deep
knowledge of Credit & Country Risk workflow (risk management requirements in
strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification / quantitative
modelling processes).
Significant years experience, 4+ years of risk management sales/business
development experience within financial and data services.
Proven track record in developing existing and new business to grow revenue
streams.
Able to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Multi-level selling skills and experience dealing across global financial
institutions required.
Strategic thinking should be a personal strength.
Self-motivated and able to generate ideas, demonstrate organizational/time
management skills, initiative, tenacity and perseverance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish is essential.
Travel will be required in this role.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Economics, Business/Finance, or related field or
relevant work experience

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce
