Paramount is in search of Digital Production Senior Coordinator to join the MTV Marketing team in São Paulo, Brazil. Main Responsibilities: Oversee all production tasks related to original digital content for MTVE group shows and IPs (MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network). Supervise the on-site production team. Support the team on recording and editing original content in video. Accompany the MTV Host during event coverage, if needed. Edit and post-produce captured content, ensuring delivery in the agreed formats with the Brand Coordinator. Collaborate closely with the Brand Coordinator and Marketing Senior Manager to ensure seamless alignment between production and publication. Maintain constant communication with all production team members to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure the availability of all necessary resources for production and post-production. Manage the production budget optimizing resources. Requirements: We are seeking candidates with a bachelors degree in Audiovisual Production, Communication, or a related field, along with relevant experience in digital production roles, ideally within the media and entertainment industries. An advanced level of English is required, as well as advanced proficiency in video editing and post-production tools, including Photoshop and Premiere. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly valued. Candidates must also be available to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
