Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Make Implementation Lead is the visible representative of the Digital Value
Chain project at Itu Plant. The role is the lead planner, communicator, training
coordinator, and change leader for the pilot site. Responsible for the local
strategy by developing plans for priorities and processes to achieve the defined
project scope/KPIs on time and budget.
Your impact
As DVC Lead your responsabilities would consist of:
Partners with Project Teams (LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Site
Teams) to coordinate all project activities
Lead all on site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project
Manages overall local project calendar
Supports change communications in conjunction with LATAM Change Lead and Change
Analyst
Manages and tracks overall project success metrics and risks from a scope,
schedule, KPis
Co-leads project governance process and cadence
Leads the integration of Site SMEs on various teams
Co-leads DVC Site training plan
Develops and executes the integration plan for site venues impacted by the Smart
Manufacturing (MOTOR)
Works across functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
Multitasking Ability

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills

Good time management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced English

What can you expect from us:
Education:
bachelor in engineering
Minimum 3 years of direct Manufacturing Plan functional experience
Computer literate Advanced Excel, Power Point
Language:
Spanish or English fluent
Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge (preferred)
Direct experience with large scale change initiatives
Effective written and verbal communication
Project management and leadership skills
Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations (preferred)
Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries
effectively
Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct
reports)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization
