DIGITAL BUSINESS STRATEGY SENIOR ANALYST, DTC Responsible for data and analytics
in our Direct-to-consumer (DTC) Digital Product team enabling the growth of our
brands in line with the company's overall goals and objectives to grow our DTC
eCommerce business. This position reports into Director, eCommerce Tech and is

yours.DescriptionThe Digital Business Strategy Senior Analyst role supports the
Digital Product Managers in the DTC team. The DTC team at Kenvue run the online
stores for some of our most loved brands such as Rogaine, Neostrata and Exuviance.
We are a small agile team of motivated individuals who welcome challenges, adapt
quickly, strive to acquire new knowledge, learn new technologies, accept new
responsibilities, and work well individually, as a team, and with other teams
within the organization. You will work closely with Product, Engineering,
eCommerce and other Data Analysts in this role. This role has a tremendous impact
on the vision and success of the DTC brands. It's a unique opportunity to join one
of Kenvue's many exciting and unique spaces where we're able to control the full
customer experience through from the first moment a consumer lands to us through
to post purchase.Youll get access to fascinating and varied data sets for both
subscription and one time purchasing experiences. Your main responsibility will
revolve around taking charge of our data assets, ensuring data accessibility, and
delivering insights that will shape our strategic direction and Digital Product
roadmap. You thrive in democratising data and will not rest until you get the
insights you need to improve the consumer experience, CVR, ATC, AOV, Revenue, RPR
etc. Key Responsibilities Build new dashboards and/or extend existing dashboards
in Google Looker Studio to visualize business reports built on existing datasets
and drive key business decisionsModel data sets to surface new business insights
from existing data sets Measure the performance and impact of shipped features in
partnership with Product, Design and EngineeringSupport the Product team with
guidance on open-ended and ambiguous questions Advise the Product team by
developing answers to focused questions on customer experience and our
KPIsChampion A/B testing and give guidance to the Product team on focused tests,
outcomes, and statistical significance determination.Possess an entrepreneurial
attitude and be curious by digging into data and unearthing insights we didn't
know and surface areas we can improveChampion your insights with the Digital
Product team to drive the roadmapPartner with others to articulate the
requirements for data analyses based on curiosities and problems to
solveCommunicate results and business impactsQualificationsWhat were looking
forRequired Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience.3+ years working
with Web Analytics tools Google Analytics/ Google Analytics 43+ years designing
and executing various A/B and multivariate tests3+ years working with business
intelligence reporting and data discovery tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power
BI, Google Looker Studio).3+ years working with cloud-based data warehouse systems
such as Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift, etc.3+ years working with SQLExperience
working with Agile teams using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban).5+ years
of hands-on experience in eComm / Digital product management, analytics,
operations and / or commercial management ·Understanding of the online acquisition
activities and their impact on eCommerce sites ·Keen problem-solving and
organizational abilities are necessary Desired Qualifications Fluent in relational
database systems, including a deep understanding of database objects (entities,
attributes, constraints, relationships, joins, etc.) and competence developing
complex SQL statements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Python for
data transformation and analysis workloadsR for statistical analysis
workloadsExperience building reusable, component-based data transformation with
tools like dbt.Git source code management.Knowledge in programming languages for
web development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plusExperience of using
user-based analytics. Usabilla, Session Cam, Content Square, etc.3+ years
experience using Optimization tools like Optimize, Qubit, Maxymiser etc.
