RESPONSIBILITIES Plan materials arrival ensuring the goods needed are supplied in the right quantity and on time. Track volume, monitor customers' purchase trends and define the best fulfillment strategy (make to order / make to stock) Work closely with Project managers ensuring all information regarding customers schedule is properly updated. Manage and optimize the inventory, ensuring the turns (ITO) established promoting and leading cross-functional actions with Sales, Services and Procurement Establish action plans based in data analysis through the implementations of efficient technology tools to accelerate decision making process. Provide fast data visibility to the executive level. Deploy and collaborate with corporate strategy to control inventory and fulfillment process in the region Control and look into opportunities to optimize fixed costs in the department, controlling the budget. Build, mentor and manage the team promoting a high-performance culture. Drive scalable processes and innovation around the inventory cycle Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success products and identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies/plans, together with the team, to overcome possible target misses. Collaborate across teams to communicate strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration and supply chain management. Minimum number of 3 years of experience in planning materials field. English advanced Preferred number of 3 years of experience in SIOP field.
