About the opportunity:The Delivery Ambassador is someone who truly represents Avenue Code to our clients, you will be the facilitator removing blockers and supporting our team to achieve excellence. You are going to be a point of contact for the client on the delivery perspective, supporting them in taking decisions and bringing insides supporting Avenue Code to create new technical and non-technical programs. Responsibilities: Oversee team performance Reports (Performance, KPIs, Risks, etc); Engage in meetings with the client, client Interviews anc culture fit performance review for managees;Take part on the Onboarding Process and Client Hours control for team members; Support on the internal documentation related to the client;Manage the team: feedback, 1:1, follow-ups, retention, negotiations, promotions and development plan for team members;Support Avenue Code on the Delivery Ambassador Program improvements. Required Qualifications: Experience in managing people and a record of direct client-facing interactions;Strong negotiation skills;Technical background to understand and contribute to technical programs;Proficiency in generating business reports;English fluency. Nice to Have: Sales experience;Familiarity with OKRs, Metrics, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
