RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Innovation Drives innovation by constantly up to date contact with different sources of information Constantly connected with 3rd parties to share thoughts and ideas and activate in a strategic way Challenging the team, indirect reports and pairs to come up with new ideas by actively participating of brainstorming sessions and being open to discuss Culture Projects and Programs Guarantee the alignment and synergy with international Culture Strategy by evaluating the consistency and affinity of this strategy with the country and adapting it locally Create and execute high quality events/ programs/ culture platforms of all scales and leverage international projects and programs in the fields of Dance, Music, Fashion and Art. Plan and execute efficient branding strategies for Red Bull projects, and 3rd Party Events, being aligned with Brand Department. Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilized via the media business, properly understanding the legal landscape and ensuring the active participation of the legal department, pre-aligned with communication team and a specialized 3rd party when needed. Influence business planning by identifying regional Culture Marketing opportunities and leading the development and build-out of potential culture activations for different regions Artist / Dancer Program Translate the culture strategy into a national Artist / Dancer program; Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general, and music and dance in particular, to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements Establish a strong portfolio of key artists to work with on various projects and programs within the World of Red Bull. Quality control and Return on Investment Evaluation of the results and final outcome/impact of all activities Documentation of all activities in a comprehensive way and that can create case studies where applicable Survey the proper appearance of Red Bull in all areas of entertainment/culture and business Ensure a qualitative approach and evaluation of all opinion leader activities Budget responsibility of the total national Culture Marketing budget Define and evaluate what success is across all team members through the facilitation of project kick-off, post-mortem, and recap exercises. People- and knowledge management Coach and educate the Field Marketing and Media Network teams in the area of Culture Guide and motivate the team for delivering innovative projects Work closely with on premise, Media Network, field and brand department in constant alignment of all key measurements and activities Promote a motivated team by coaching individual, strengths-based practices Identify and train employees for succession opportunities Provide direct and productive feedback to help maintain quality performance Create a culture that rewards effort and execution following Red Bull's values JOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?
