Sobre a vaga
1. Coordinate Talent Acquisition, Learning, Development and Performance processes. 2. Develop and implement Talent Acquisition Strategy in accordance with companys needs; 3. Collaborate with the leadership to identify key needs over hiring and plan solutions to attract diverse and qualified candidates; 4. Implement metrics and KPIs for Talent Acquisition to evaluate its process efficiency and provide continuous improvement on its and its approach over talent; 5. Coordinate the development and implementation of training programs assuring the support on learning to meet companys objective and learning design; 6. Assure the integration of nee employee in a effective way, exploring the companys values to receive the new comer in a dynamic, profound and effective manner. 7. Work with Other business groups to identify and cover abilities gaps and develop plans to support career growth and key talent management; 8. Evaluate the impact training programs by its performance and adjust if necessary; 9. Head the Performance Management process support the training of the stakeholders, design the process supporting the requirements from HQ and definition of IDP for continuous improvement. Bachelor degree or above. Good knowledge over the Brazilian Labor Law. Experience on Mobile Industry is a plus. Agile Training is a plus.
