Main responsibilities: " Lead, guide, and integrate the finance team, promoting talent development; " Coordinate monthly and annual accounting and financial closing with a focus on accounting and tax accuracy; " Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with CPC, NBR, BRGAAP, IFRS, SOX, and IAS standards; " Implement business growth strategies and evaluate the efficiency of financial processes; " Manage agreements with external partners and suppliers; " Control and review cash flow and monitor KPIs; " Oversee collection and accounts receivable activities in LATAM; " Manage customer support processes and implement improvements to customer satisfaction. Job requirements: " Experience in finance and accounting leadership roles; " Knowledge of CPC, NBR, BRGAAP, IFRS, SOX, and IAS standards. " Experience in managing accounts receivable and collections in LATAM; " Strong leadership and team development skills; " Experience in cash flow management and financial KPIs analysis; " Advanced English; " Spanish is a plus.
