Sobre a vaga

1. Strong understanding of local country payroll and HR requirements. 2. Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and be an extension of the international payroll team in working with local payroll and benefits vendors. 3. Maintain a knowledge base of required and available benefits, to educate hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders who may be involved in hiring process. 4. Coordinate all benefits vendors and the employee data to support its functions and applicability as per the eligibility defined by the company. 5. Ensure local employee data is maintained in the global enterprise system(s) of record. Ensure changes to employee data are made in a timely manner to support timely payroll payments. 6. Liaise with local vendors to respond to their queries and ensure that employee information is forwarded to them from the enterprise system in a timely and methodical fashion. Strive to eliminate manual processes by building and supporting automated processes for exchanging information with an audit trail. 7. Coordinate and streamline the workflow for onboarding and offboarding employees. Maintain an expected process timeline based upon law, custom, and payroll cutoff dates, and drive process execution to meet these timelines. Partner with Payroll Vendors on all employee changes that need to be updated in the payroll system for onboarding and offboarding employees. 8. Assist the process to ensure payroll runs on schedule by providing the timely exchange of payroll information associated with new hires, terminations, salary increases, promotions, tax and any other changes affecting compensation. 9. Assist with local statutory financial statement audits as needed for employment data. 10. Work closely with the global corporate teams for Payroll and for Compensation & Benefits to resolve issues in a timely manner. 11. Review current global and local processes and tasks to seek operational efficiencies and continuously improve. 12. Manage daily administrative tasks associated with compensation, benefits, and payroll related queries across the country. 13. Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner and follow up until queries are resolved. 14. Review and update employee data for Benefits vendors to ensure alignment with the latest employee information. 15. Ensure HR policies and practices are in full compliance with labor legislation (CIPA, electronic time tracking system, PCD quota, other legal requirements according to labor legislation). 16. Support and improve the onboarding activities and new hires experience in Brazil. Bachelor degree or above. Experience in Tech companies is a plus. Fluent English is mandatory.
