The OpportunityAs a Content Designer, youll collaborate with teams of all disciplines to help deliver digital experiences our clients love. Responsibilities Plan information architecture and content hierarchy for enterprise websitesRun workshops to help clients nail down their brands voice and toneMap out workflows to publish web contentDesign conversation flows for chatbotsCollaborate with a Product Designer to create branded microcopy for digital products (websites, apps, chatbots, etc.)Partner with Product Researchers to carry out user interviews in our usability labWhiteboard content models with a team of Engineers Your Background A great command of language, with experience in technical communication, creative writing, UX writing, or content designExperience presenting to clients and executivesEagerness to learn about new technologiesAn eye for detailThe ability to think big picture as you break a large, complex problem into manageable chunksA focus on improving user experienceExperience working with a multidisciplinary team (Product Strategy, Research, Design, and Engineering) Bonus Points You're familiar with Mobile or Voice TechnologiesExperience with content modeling for a headless content management system (CMS) Because were a product agency, this client-facing role isnt for you if you prefer to focus on content marketing, or writing long-form copy (like articles, blog posts, and white papers).
