" Preparation of monthly and annual reports tracking financial performance against budget. " Provide commentary on management & statistical reports. " Preparation of cashflow forecasts and reconciling monthly balance sheet accounts. " Variance analysis around actual results compared to the budget and forecasts. " Analyse trends and financial performance across business units. " Detailed analysis of key drivers of performance to support decision-making. " Prepare forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making. " Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk. " Develop initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth. " Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts. " Maintain the asset register and assist with a range of process improvements. " CRC qualified with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in accounting / financial reporting. " Excellent Analytical and Business Intelligence skills. " Advanced Excel skills. " Experience with forecasting and budgeting. " Demonstrated experience in bigger-picture thinking and sound decision-making abilities. " Solid understanding of financial systems and processes. " Advanced English. " Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. " Detail-oriented & committed team player. " Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
