Join us as Commercial Excellence Manager in São Paulo, Brazil! The Commercial Excellence Manager reports to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for all the commercial strategies in the areas of sales support such as Go To MKT, RGM and pricing, Commercial Planning and Sales Capabilities and Business Intelligence. What youll do: Represent Etex and its brands, developing and accelerating the company's results in the Dry Construction market with a view to mutual growth through ethical conduct in line with the company's purpose of Inspiring a Way of Life. Lead 2 coordinators with a total of 7 reports, being responsible for the GTM, RGM, Commercial Planning, BI and Sales Capabilities areas. Work with their peers in the commercial area and with teams from multifunctional areas of the company, being responsible for leading and influencing the areas to improve customer management, service levels and service. This role will be 100% responsible for managing operational processes and managing KPIs such as Selling, Sellout, Margin, Rupture Analysis, Prices, Product Mix Development, Forecast, IBP process and building the RF0 and plan for the year, monitoring the portfolio and other necessary daily/weekly/monthly demands. Responsible for controlling the performance and executing product launches at the POS, as well as campaign reports and the Gypsum Master and Gypsum Pro programs, managing rebate usage reports. Responsible for creating and proposing incentive campaigns for the sales teams and monitoring the results. Building the pricing policy and segmenting customers by channel, state, region, and segment. What youll bring: Completed studies in Administration, Marketing or Finance. Relevant commercial and commercial planning experience, leading effective teams, ideally from the world of mass consumption, with interest in changing industry. Understanding of the business and market to support strong comprehensive data analysis that will drive the necessary strategies for market growth. Problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. Availability to travel in the São Paulo region. Advanced skills in Microsoft office package, particularly Excel. Knowledge and management of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI. Fluent in English Spanish desirable but not mandatory Why join us?
