What success looks like in this role: Day by Day: This position is a technical execution role where you will receive direction from the OCM Lead (Senior OCM Manager or designated Manager). Support change management activities for active projects from the person responsible for Change Management. Make a significant contribution to meeting communication support and project performance requirements associated with strategic OCM initiatives. Would be a publishing resource for print and digital communications for internal and client OCM projects, as well as producing videos, brochures, posters, Change Management Solution Briefs, communications, training, engagement leadership action, sustainment, and other plans. Assist in the design and development of OCM collateral materials. You will be successful in this role if you have: Requirements: Completed degree in marketing, communications, business, or related areas. Fluent English and Spanish Good experience in marketing and/or communications related to training. Very good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, We Video, and/or video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools. Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Able to work independently, with a remote team and creative vision while managing your own time to help drive projects forward. Experience with technology implementations preferred.
