What success looks like in this role: Developing, plan, and manage change programs and projects in support of statement of work and deliverables in client engagements. Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities. Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Partner with key client stakeholders to validate vision, mission, objectives, and desired outcomes. Plan for anticipated resistance and integrate resistance management actions and activities into the change management approach. Apply strong consultative skills including project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, visioning, and planning. Manage and approve content creation, design, and training programs. Organize meetings and workshops. Participate in project quality reviews. Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and change readiness. Defining and measuring success metrics, tracking performance, adapting actions, and monitoring change progress. You will be successful in this role if you have: Completed degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications and/or Business. Extensive experience in marketing or communications, change management and/or training. Experience with technology implementations Change Management Certification (such as: Prosci, Lamarsh, ACMP CCMP) is desirable. Experience with research development and analysis Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively. Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. In-depth knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, WeVideo, or other video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools. Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to help drive projects forward.
