Develop objective business strategies and recommendations based on shopper
knowledge and market trends that drive profitable growth in the categories that
Colgate-Palmolive participates in, as well as improving the shopper experience in
different retail environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide sales advice to clients, ensuring the best recommendation based on
Colgate-Palmolive products and competitors' products through available data from
the client, market, consumer, and shopper, with the goal of ensuring sales
development
Identify business opportunities by conducting store checks and through information
provided by the client, market, consumer, and shopper behavior, with the aim of
increasing category sales with clients
Develop a strategic category plan for key clients, ensuring the best
recommendation for the worked category, with the goal of developing it in terms of
volume, value, and productivity, as well as operational improvements (logistics,
financial, and supply chain) and the entire relationship with retail in all retail
environments
Present Strategic Category plans to clients, aligning them with the strategies
agreed upon between the client and Colgate-Palmolive, incorporating shopper-driven
strategies to achieve agreed sales targets
Update planogram strategies based on market studies and client data to align them
with category strategies
Lead and influence the development of the 5Ps in clients with advanced Category
Management in conjunction with key stakeholders within the commercial process
(Retail Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance)
Actively participate in the development of sales strategies, supported by market
studies that will be presented to our clients, evaluating their results to prove
their applicability in transactions with all Colgate-Palmolive clients and share
results
Support the entire sales force in the implementation of planograms at points of
sale through training for sales executives, our clients, and those responsible for
merchandising to achieve the best execution of previously designed sales
strategies
Support the various processes developed by the area with the goal of achieving the
best results according to the objectives established by management
Conduct training on category management for clients with the aim of sharing
knowledge/influencing our clients

Requirements:
Completed higher education (degree)
Experience in the area and/or in commercial or trade marketing
Advanced English proficiency
Office Suite proficiency
Desirable:
Postgraduate (Specialization in trade marketing, retail, and sales)
Spanish proficiency
Relevant courses in their field of expertise
