Position Overview
As C-Level Executive Headhunters, you will be pivotal members of our Recruiting
Team, tasked with attracting top-tier candidates to fill upper-level executive
positions. This role involves constant interaction with Fortune 500 C-level
Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, necessitating exceptional communication
skills, a corporate profile, and sophisticated client management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Full-Cycle Recruiting:
- Conducting full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates to
internal clients.
- Providing Exceptional Candidate Experience:
- Tailoring a highly customized and positive experience for candidates to
upper-level executive positions, serving as their primary point of contact within
BairesDev for any recruiting process needs.
- Building Strong Relationships:
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market, from
internal leadership to HR business partners and candidates.
- Developing Sourcing Strategies:
- Developing and implementing successful and creative sourcing strategies for
upper-level executive positions.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
Native/proficient English level is fundamental. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a
focus on listening and persuasion.
- Experience:
Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with previous experience in
Executive/C-Level recruitment preferred.
- Experience in Customer Success/Customer Experience/Sales is advantageous.
- Track Record:
Demonstrate a proven track record of success with lead generation and conversion.
- Adaptability:
Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Self-Management:
Exhibit great self-management capacity, with the ability to prioritize and meet
deadlines.
