My client, a leading sports betting and gambling company with over 30 well-known brands, is looking for a BI Team Lead in Brazil . Main Responsibilities: Be a key member of the business leadership team in Brazil, providing insights to guide data-driven decision-making. Meet the ongoing data needs of the business, supporting commercial success and future-proofing data capabilities. Lead the data agenda, ensuring timely data availability through personal efforts and the support of the team. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive fact-based decisions, acting as the main data stakeholder for the Brazil region. Collaborate with the data team to align data transformation efforts with business priorities, including reporting, CRM analytics, web analytics (Google Analytics), and media analysis. Work with stakeholders to utilize advanced analytic predictions to enhance business results. Mentor and manage employee development and performance. Desired Experience: Business Intelligence & commercial background. Deep understanding of data warehousing . 3-5 years of experience managing teams . Familiarity with DW as a hub for B2C CRM and analytics. Excellent SQL skills, particularly in BI SQL.  Salary: 420-450K BRL + bonus & benefits
