THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Analytics Manager to our Global Sales and Operations team
in São Paulo!
As a Business Analytics Manager, you will be essential in identifying and
addressing complex business challenges. You'll use your analytical expertise to
gather and interpret data, craft insightful recommendations, and clearly
communicate your findings to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
YOUR IMPACT
Problem Solving:
Identify and tackle specific client challenges by gathering and analyzing
information, formulating hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations for
improvement.
Data Analysis:
Collect and examine quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources to
identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform your recommendations.
Presentation and Communication:
Create clear and concise documents (such as PowerPoint or Word) to convey your
findings and recommendations to clients, and present these insights to senior
management.
Live the mission:
inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your
colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive
environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking
time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets from
diverse sources, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Basic SQL skills, with the ability to translate business requests into code to
answer specific questions.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for
excellence and continuous improvement, with a strong drive to execute and complete
tasks.
Ability to think critically, quickly understand problems, and identify effective
solutions.
Comfort with unstructured, rapidly evolving, high-growth environments.
Experience in consulting or a related industry.
Familiarity with data analysis software and tools.
