About The Position We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills, customer facing experience and proactive approach to problem solving. Responsibilities Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Personetics SolutionsLead/Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysisPerform statistical analysis and tune the model setRespond to Business and Functional requirement requestsDesign and write functional specs for customer requirementsSupport the implementation team during users acceptance testWork closely with business and technology unitsResearch, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspectiveAnalyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs Requirements 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager or similarCustomer facing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills are essential (Portuguese and English)Hands on experience in SQLExperience with Data Mining/designing analytical modelsStatistics/data modeling/analytical backgroundExperience writing detailed specificationsTeam oriented and yet able to work independentlyAble to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quicklyAbility to work in a hybrid setup from our New York officePersonetics is offering an attractive salary package and benefits, long-lasting career opportunities, a remote working setup, and the chance to join a global market leader in the exciting FinTech industry.Please submit your resume in English.
