What you will do Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups. Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments. Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes. Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting. Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations. Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Must haves +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps. Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and communication skills. Availability to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours. Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to have Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization. Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI. Experience with cost-benefit analysis.
