We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods. The ads team is very data-driven.
We use data for everything from pitching to merchants to making ship decisions to deciding what the next half\'s roadmap should be.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer who will:
" Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements.
" Day to day advanced SQL querying from scratch, debugging.
" Build, update, & productionize dashboards & ETLs.
" Work with engineering, product teams and 3rd parties to collect required data.
" Develop and implement data quality checks, conduct QA and implement monitoring routines.
" Document new and existing models, solutions, and implementations.
" Setup, analyze & evaluate A/B experiments.
" Provide descriptive analysis and sizing. Additional Skills & Qualifications:
A good portion of this work will be helping DoorDash refresh/modernize their current dashboards. They have many outdated dashboards that aren't being utilized, leveraging the wrong data, etc. This person will work closely with the business and data science teams. Experience working cross-functionally is important.
Business Challenge:
A good chunk of that data and dashboard that this role will focus on are specific to the sales organization and helping the sales team drive more efficient processes in their sales cycles, increasing advertising revenue, and overall driving impact to the bottom line for the company.
