Triages, researches, and responds to participant issues. (i.e. eligibility,
calculation errors, and service delivery)
Triages and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
Reviews benefit reports and acts as needed.
Performs peer review on work completed by other peers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
