The selected candidate will be responsible for expounding the company vision, as well as creating, maintaining, and optimizing the customer-facing aspects of the companys newest product. The company is a well-established player in the crypto world whose post-IPO funding is valued at over $497 Million. Job Responsibilities: Understand user requirements and build transformative features to enhance user experience Build highly-scalable and interactive solutions to engage the end-user Collaborate with back-end developers to improve platform usability Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them to improve platform performance Job Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Backend Developer 5+ years of experience with either Go or Ruby on Rails Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB Experience with AWS or GCP Prior experience working with fintech, security, payments, etc. is preferred Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Additional information: Project timezone UTC-8:00 America/Los_Angeles Overlap hours 7 hrs/day Engagement type: Full-Time Engagement contract type Contractor
