As a Trainee Evaluator, reporting to Creative Fragance Manager, you will develop and validate fragrances in cooperation with CFMs and Senior Evaluators, with clear understanding of customer requirements, to drive value and ensure successful completion of external projects, according to Fragrance Evaluation goals. Main Responsibilities Fragrance Evaluation Complete simple briefs with coaching from FM, using IBIS system Support Sr. Evaluators/CFM's on Colibri management responsibility Work with Perfumers on technical modifications Conduct internal panel tests as directed by FM Assist Marketing/Sales in olfactory mapping Prepare internal/small customer presentations Write simple creative fragrance descriptions Attend validation panels to review/evaluate library entries You? University Degree (or equivalent) Verbal and written command of English 1+ years experience as intern/trainee in evaluation, or related industry experience Proficiency in using common PC applications Competent olfactory skills: ability to define olfactory notes and fragrance language terms and determine olfactory directions (to be assessed by standardized olfactory test) Create and make presentations for their submissions Technical Skills Evaluation/Applications Skills Apply Raw Material understanding to fragrance development process Ability to build and incorporate basic understanding of consumer olfactory preferences into fragrance evaluation Willingness to develop competent knowledge of fragrance applications across categories and reactions/interactions across different bases Competent knowledge of Givaudan Applications/Evaluation/ Research methodologies, principles, protocols and documentation Basic knowledge of fragrance products, general market dynamics, and key customers Customer Knowledge/Relationship Project Management Skills At Givaudan, you work within an inspiring teamwork culture  where you can collaborate from other passionate people across departments, regions and divisions.
