Hult's Brazil Team is committed to taking Hults sales and marketing activities to new levels, and as a member of this team, you will play a key role in this and be rewarded for your drive, innovative ideas, and results based on a very clear set of KPIs.ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the Enrollment Director, define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enroll internationally-minded, high-quality students from Latin America interested in joining our globally ranked Hult's postgraduate business programsRepresent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events and host regional info sessions and "meet and greet" sessions in targeted cities (if and when travel is possible)Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission processNurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through to their arrival in class QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing 2+ years track record of success in sales, business development or recruitment with a reputed organization, preferably in a B2C environmentWork experience and market knowledge of the educational industry in BrazilInternational experience (professional or personal) and passionate to work in a multicultural environmentStrong commercial instinctStrong business acumen, analytical ability, and execution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood telephone manners and confidence in speaking on the phonePoise to handle the pressure and demands of the industry in a fast-paced and changing environmentA flexible and positive outlook and growth mindsetAn entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside of the boxDrive to meet targets and a nothing is impossible outlookFluent in both English and Portuguese About usHult International Business School is a leading global business school offering a Bachelor degree, full-time and part-time Master degrees, one year accelerated and part-time Executive MBAs, a Doctoral program and Ashridge Executive Education programs.Hults innovative curriculum is taught by inspiring professors who possess real-world business experience.
