Job Summary This role is responsible for executing operational transactions within Order Management function for the assigned markets. This role will ensure the order-to-cash cycle is effectively executed. The Analyst Order Management will also execute all inter-company transactions. This role will participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve the order management processes and systems and collaborate extensively with similar functions in other global partners. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Demand / Supply Planning and Logistics to ensure agreed upon service levels are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner Participate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions and implement enhancements in order to improve customer experience Collaborate with peer(s) across other markets to share best practices and form a global community for consistency and improvement Escalate operational and system issues that prevent order processing Report key performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators) in a manner that is consistent across the company Be operationally engaged to ensure business operational silence upon go-live for new projects / initiatives Execute the overall order-to-cash cycle for assigned commodity, including intercompany and dealer orders Manage material master datam ensuring new products and relevant updates are properly recorded in the Company's local ERP Execute emergency purchasing processes and product replacement orders, tracking orders, updating statuses Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Education Specifications Business Administration Experience Requirements Required Typically requires related experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel as mandatory (Vlookup, pivot table minimum) Effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, leadership, coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills Ability to analyze and communicate technical subjects in a clear and understandable fashion Intermediate English communication skills Experience in and awareness of project management, change management, continuous improvement principles, and participating in cross-functional teams Preferred Knowledge and experience with apparel/textiles, vehicles, and aftermarket service parts industries are strongly preferred.
