Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Responsible for the full-cycle campus process.
Screen and source process and ensure First and Next Gen Program.
Manage Campus programs in order to deliver the best candidade & HM experience.
Develop and implement attraction solutions with PepCast, Papo Aberto and others
for solution to attraction.
Your Impact
As Analista de R&S e Early Career your functions would consist of &
Responsible por Campus Program Brasil
Guarantee the full cycle of Campus working with a proactive approach in order to
create a consistent pipeline of candidates by First and Next Gen Program
Develop and implement attraction solutions with PepCast, Papo Aberto and others
for solution to attraction
Partner with the Universities to promote partnership, elevate Brand Reputation and
attract candidates to deliver the best solution and service
Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and
continuos improvement
Use data to take actions and strategic desions on the area
Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
Manage external providers
Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution
Be a guardian of the internal process, considering the eligibility criteria per
applicant (level / performance ratings / time in role)
Support the grow and development of the team
Enhance technology and automation processes into the area
Work in partnership with HRBP to identify opportunities on market mapping
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
Languages skills as English or Spanish are desirable
Previous experience with high-volume and full life-cycle of Talent Acquisition
processes
Leadership skills - previous experience on people management
Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered
Knowledge in MS office, PowerApps and PowerBI will be a plus
