The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling
important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopees
growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our
employees.
About the Team:
Responsible for supporting all the efforts focused on how Shopee attracts and
recruits professionals by sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective
employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.
Job Description:
Source candidates for various areas of the company, identifying and attracting
talent from different levels and profiles.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
throughout the recruitment process.
Support the recruitment team in all stages, from creating job posts to
communicating with stakeholders.
Conduct full recruitment cycles for low to medium complexity positions, with a
focus on high-volume hiring.
Post job ads on appropriate platforms (career site, social media, etc.) and manage
the candidate flow.
Participate in recruitment events, promoting the employer brand and assisting in
talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to find best communication practices,
ensuring an efficient flow between all parties involved in the process.
Contribute to diversity sourcing initiatives, adjusting strategies according to
the required candidate profile for each vacancy.
Update and organize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other Talent
Acquisition control tools, ensuring data accuracy.
Meet the SLA targets of the area and regularly report to recruitment leads on the
progress of open positions.
Requirements:
Graduation is not mandatory, but having started a degree is desirable in Human
Resources, Psychology or Business Management
Microsoft Office
Basic English
